Sounds like it's time to rebuild or replace your pump. I personally don't know what options you have. Also this new reformulated gasoline with 10% ethanol added to it is wreaking havoc on classic vehicle fuel systems who's older rubber isn't compatible with the ethanol in the fuel. aua

Dang, I just scrapped one of those complete with transfercase 4 weeks ago when I downsized to move before the 1st of the year. If I happen across another I will let you know, If you want. Shipping shouldn't be too bad. Why not use the 2wd trans and the original transfercase? Am I missing...

What is the trans out of? I'm guessing an S-10? But is it from a 2.8 or a 4.3 version? What are you planning to run for a transfercase? What is the bellhousing that you are using from? Thanks, Sean

Awsome Swap Project! Awsome info. I will be watching this thread closely. I have been contemplating a swap like this fo my M37. I was looking at using a Jeep 5speed due to the readily available adapters for the jeep trans. Please keep the updates coming and let us know what obsticals you run into.
