Long story short: My M1009's starter relay is sticking. I have not replaced it yet because its 12am an noones open, but when i hook the batteries back up all i get is clicking now, where as before the engine would turn over. I m wondering if when i get a new started realy (Actualy i might go...
i went to start the 1009 this morning and it failed to start so i checked all the glow plugs and there where a few bad ones so i replaced them all.. went to start it again and all the lights in the dash went out and it wont crank at all.. i have no idea where i should start looking for this...
I have acsess to both, Im just not sure what one will be ideal. I prefer the towbar but im just wondering with the 4 inch life on the M1009 if it will be safe.
So i bought an m1009 thats about 7 hours from where i live and im wondering what the best way to tow it home would be. The M1009 has a 4 inch lift and i will be towing with a stock dodge 35 hundered. I dont have much money to work with so im looking into a farily cheap and definitly SAFE way...
right now we are leaving them the same but we are going to clean them up... i might paint the door panels black but im geting the seat reupholstered so im going to wait for it to get back before i do any thing with colors on any thing else
we did the whole thing in about 3 weekends. when we did work we took it slow and tryed to do the best job we could. but when we go to do our 1009 i dont think it will take as long
