    Deuce muffler option

Cool. I just wanted others to know. It is a simple mod with available parts. It looks good and it is clean. Most just scab some crap on there and it looks like crap.

Piston Rings Worn Out, Time for a Rebuild

I have not had a problem with the 5 ton pistons kits and it has been many years now and 10,000 miles.

Piston Rings Worn Out, Time for a Rebuild

I looked at the rings and that is what they appeared to be. You usually have that when you run in a two ring configuration. The cross hatch pater was about 220 grit or higher and that is the parameters for a Crome and moly ring set. I did not use rms meter. I have used on for years inspecting...

Piston Rings Worn Out, Time for a Rebuild

i have not had an issue at all other than the cold starts. The compression ratio is about 20:1 with the 5 ton piston kits. But you have to keep in mind that the engine does not have a heating grid or glow plugs. I hit the manifold heat and hold it after it fires and let go of the start button...

Piston Rings Worn Out, Time for a Rebuild

I missed one thing. Most of your new Diesel engines only have two compression rings.

Piston Rings Worn Out, Time for a Rebuild

Overall I am very happy with the 5 ton pistons, rocker arms, injection pump, injectors and m35 a3 intake and exhaust which are larger than the m35 a2 gear and equal to the 5 ton setup. I have tons of power and it runs great. I have. 1000 miles on it since with no real issues. The only thing is...

Piston Rings Worn Out, Time for a Rebuild

The filter and housing are just better all around!! It bring your intake almost two feet higher, has turbulators, a dust purge system if you use the m3 muffler, you could call it a cool air intake since it is on the fender not the engine bay and it gives more space to work on the engine. Rusty...

You could use +32 F windshield wash fluid to have that ratio. Here is the SDMS Sheets

Piston Rings Worn Out, Time for a Rebuild

I only get to 1300 up a big hill. I don't let get that high. I run pump Diesel. Now the Air intake, I took an M35 A3 intake and installed it. it is very easy. TNJ Murray has them for 200 usd.
