I had a ground attached to the blackout drive light that was messing with my lights, wipers and horn. Wiggled and tightened back down and everything has worked since.
Whelp, looked for a few years for the wrecker lights with no luck or if I did find then I was 0.736 seconds too slow.
So now I'm going to attempt to fab up my own.
Looking for, if anyone has them mounted, for detailed pictures of how the two masts are built and mounted to the cab of the truck...
So about 2 months ago I went out to start the truck (97 M1078) and the in cab heater will not turn on. I mean nothing will work. No heat and the blower won't turn on. I tested the fuses, ran a volt meter on the panel and everything is getting power. I came back a few days later and it worked...
First thing I did when I got my truck. They are the replacement for the ones that were on my truck which is a 97.
Link to were I got mine. Might not be the cheapest but they have them. I got the Model 30's but I think some of the older body style come with the Model 18's...
