Welcome to the MV world. Just missed our yearly rally at Ft Hood. Look for it next year. It was the 7th rally. Look on the web for historic mounted warrior rally. Lot of good pics from the past. So far I am the only big boy (923a1) but there are a couple of duces. and a lot of jeeps.

Zout - I do say the truck looks really good. Being a FNG at painting I have a few questions about what you are doing: how much do you thin the paint? Do you use any conditioner? Assuming you are using a HVLP sprayer what pressures are you using?

Just an example - There is one for sale here (Van Texas) for 7,000.00 including a trailer. It is a 1971 M923-a1 with singles. It is tan and looks in pretty good shape. Last year the same guy had a 1987 with 190miles since a rebuild and wanted 9,000.00.

Anyone have the FM 9-43-2 Recovery and Battlefield Damage and Assessment and Repair? I looked for it in the TM section and couldn't find it. If you have it can it be put on the forum so we can use it?
