Of course I should have known you would be all over the ebay thing. I just found another ambulance this week with a GV overdrive, but just a 2wd & C6 adapter. Sorry. Watch the ambulance crowd. Lots of GV units there.
Check ebay. There is a guy who shows up sometimes who sells GV adapters. IIRC, he is out of California. I believe they run about $250.
I found one for next to free off of an older ambulance/SWAT vehicle being parted out locally. Check craigslist for these rigs.
I use it mostly for just fun. I loaded 2 tons of gravel in it the other day and could not notice much of a difference in anything, but it was probably overloaded - certainly for braking with hydrovac single circuit vacuum brakes... The Washington State Patrol fully inspected it and licensed it...
