    Just updating this thread for anyone who’s searching for info. Just received my MD title. I went to a tag and title place in Halethorpe. No issues. I had my SF97 and the paper stating the transfer to me from gov planet.

    Just an update. I just got a 1078 titled in Maryland. First tag and title place I went to said I needed a special transferee document filled out. The second place I went to no problem. The place I went to was in Halethorpe. Just got the MD title in the mail so I know it works

    That’s definitely possible. I’m sure they don’t all weigh the same depending on what options they have. I was curious how close that number really is. 400 lbs with you in it doesn’t seem all that close but then again just the winch accessories probably weigh at least a couple hundred if not...

    The GVWR for the M1078 is 22,770 lbs The actual weight of the truck stock is 17,214 lbs This means you can legally carry 5,556 lbs of weight. yes it will carry more but it is not designed to carry more.
