I've had my M35A3 for quite some time now and have lived with the fact that the CTIS never worked. I would just manually fill up the tires. I just recently took apart the CTIS ECU and checked it for anything loose, put it back together and it works! now I can select highway and the compressor...
I took a look at the transfer case and disconnected the line from the transfer-case and a little fluid came out, spelled like gear oil. I figured it might do this without some kind of back-pressure. so I traced the plastic tubing up to the cab and found that it was not only kinked but melted, I...
We bought some Air tool oil and I found the Diagram in the TM-24P, cant I just disconnect the hose at the switch and let it run all the way through the piping to the transfer-case. Also how much oil? a couple drops or a couple good squirts?

Ok, someone got us a belt! We got the stack on! But the ctis turned on, then in Japanese! Now it's just squares across the top and it keeps deflating the tires, were stuck at napa!!
I wish I had seen this earlier because I work on that base and have sat in the drivers seat looking around. It sat across from my work building for atleast the 2yrs i've been there and then they towed it to DRMO. Sorry just saw the dates on the last post.
