Thank you glcaines and FLU Farm for the prompt responses. I will check to confirm oil is flowing through the head when I get home. If so I will likely begin using it. Many projects to finish prior to winter.

Apologies if this is a repeat thread. The oil pressure on my Unimog is running high, 75 psi. The motor has approximately 200 hours, 1100 miles since a military rebuild. Last year the engine oil pressure was running 35-40 psi. Currently it jumps to 75 psi about 10-20 seconds after start up. I’ve...
