It looks like the pressure sensor on the wet tank for ctis. Once the sensor detects 120lbs air pressure it allows ctis to air tires up. Mine was broke when I bought it
I cant find a replacement anywhere. Is your ctis operational?

does it lose rpm when on a full tank as well, or only on a partial tank of fuel? i had a similar issue that was my dip tubes, both intake and return were bad. I replaced with new stainless ones form Tomcat and was good to go, no more issues. So if not sure fill fuel tank all the way to full...
Installing the air dryer and the wiring harness has 2 labeled pig tails. One is j1 and the other is p1. Am I correct to assume that the p1 is power and j1 is ground. Thank you again for your help!
