My question is if it's a clearance issue. The motor was seized when I got it, probably should have changed the lifters then. Is it normal to have a cleaner area on the piston where the intake valve is.

Ok thank you. Am I correct that the cooling system has no way to contaminate it? I did run it briefly so fluid is pretty well mixed with the water.

Have a 2004humvee i was told came from auction. Transmission fluid is contaminated with water. Not sure how it goes water in it and how to diagnose. Engine was also seized and full of water when i got it. Thank you.

Try to get my Ambac injection pump rebuilt but can't find anyone that does it since there discontinued. It's out of a 2004 humvee. Anyone rebuild these anymore or is there a drop in replacement?
