Was that a Song Chuan relay that was bad? The reason I ask I have a Nartron box on the bench in pieces awaiting said relay. It appears I will be able to lift the board enough to get to the bottom of the relay on the Nartron.

That washer is about as unique as can be. I have a suspicion its function is to locate the washer behind the plate as it is reinstalled. Simply a spacer. I would dry fit the plate and see if there is a space at the point where this washer resides. If so, any old washer will do. Epoxy one to...
Pull the glow plugs and put a big wrench on the "lugs" on the back side of the dampener on the front of the crank. "Should" turn pretty easy. My 2 cents.
A. I'm not a mechanic nor even pretend to be. B The front springs are not too bad but the rear should be left to the "talented" shade tree bunch. Screw it up and they can put your lights out! My two cents.
Sonnax makes a few items that can improve the durability of the 4l80 also. Just in case you have to open it up again NMWR 9-2520-582 might help. NICE work!
Don't want to see any more, too much experience r and r'ing fuel tanks already. I believe there is a picture of a guys 1114 tank on here that is incredible.
