    Unique electrical problem

    Hey guys, I have an 85 M1009 that was previous in-service by a local police department. I don't know a lot of history, but it appears that they converted it to 12V when they got it. I have tested both alternators and they read the exact same voltage when off (12.05V) and at idle (12.97V)...
