    Karl, I tried to run it today when everything is cold. With the temp sensor unplugged. Glow plugs came on with wait light, both were on longer than usual,abuot 10 sec. Then wait light turned off, glow plugs stayed on, started truck easily. Then plugs stayed on about 40sec as you said. Wait...

    M1028 revs up on it's own when cold, doesn't respond to throttle, then stalls...

    Check the return line check ball on top of IP. If it gets clogged it acts like you described. Atleast on mine it did. Rebuild shop said governor was breaking down and clogging it. You can push the ball all the way out to get you buy for awhile.

    I failed to mention that gen 2 is not working. I keep the battery which is new charged but I noticed in the videos that the card responds to voltage increases. I have the resistor eliminated and relay connected straight to front battery. Gen 2 has been off again on again but glow plug issue...

    Climber, All wires appear to be correct on relay. I unplugged the temp sensor and the glow plugs stayed constant on even after starting. But no wait light. Plugged sensor back in(while running) and plugs turned off but then wait light came on and stayed on even after idle dropped,about 2-3 min...

    Alright. I've changed the rest of the plugs to 60g's. They were 13g. The solenoid was not consistently working so also replaced with a 85a continuous isolated type. And bypassed the resistor to 12v on first battery. Still only firing the plugs for about 4 seconds and wait light comes on when...

    I have not tested every plug. I changed three. On one the terminal was broken when I got it. I ended up breaking the terminals on another 2 as well. While they were out I grounded to test and see how the work,My first diesel, and they did glow. That's when I noticed that they weren't in sync...
