Standard is actually 2/0 for the direct lugs. 0 is referred to as "aught gauge" and is the same as 1/0, so 1/0 is a single "aught" (or as car stereo guys call it, "zero gauge"). Go to Amazon for heat shrink, the price Delcity wants is ridiculous these days.

To quickly hijack... do you get decent results with a powder mix? I have a heck of a time getting a consistent color out of a blended powder color.

I don't but I did put one on the 250w 60" bar, just because it was showing close to 20amp draw at 12. Then I switched it to the 24v side, and just left the relay in.
