Yes, many people seem to use the numbers interchangeable. Was the M27 a 105 and the M40 a 106? Which one was more likely mounted in a 53 M38A1? Thanks for the feed back, Dean

I'm thinking about making a prop gun out of plastic for my jeep. Have a spare windshield frame I would cut. I'd build a spud gun into it for fun. I need some close up pics of one and the mount to see if it's something I want to tackle (I live in a project rich environment already). Any one...
