The basic SU-17/22 aircraft is single pilot. The two-seater in the first video (Red 308) is a SU-22UM; instructor sits in the rear cockpit, in parts of the video you can see the rear periscope extended so the instructor can see in front of the aircraft.
Well, what the heck... I'll throw my other 1943 GTB out there this month. Technically a GTBC, but at the moment it's serving as a surrogate GTBA cargo truck with an M105 trailer body on it in place of the bomb gear.
Thanks for the interesting tip on restoring a data plate! I have a couple of GTBs whose data plates need lots of TLC - I'll try your process. Looks like a really nice result!!
You might also check with the G503 community (http://g503.com/) if you haven't already done so - lots of members there who have extensive knowledge of GPWs and can give you a good assessment of what they can see from the pictures.
