Thanks guys. I was thinking that might be the case. Got it for $160. Just a little surface rust and a few small holes in the glass. I couldn't get tires for that around here.

Anyone have a clue what this could be. It's a fiberglass shell on steel frame with a wooden floor. I was told it was an old military mail carrier. I think it came from Colorado and was originally a tan color. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Pictures are here. http://imgur.com/a/BKrux
