I performed all of the tests per the tech manual and everything checked out good, so I do not think there is anything wrong with the circuit.

Everything is set up to work off of the controller

I have already done the resistor bypass. I ran a cable from the front battery positive directly to the glow plug relay. I am also using AC Delco AC60G glow plugs with a new ST85 glow plug relay.

How do I determine if the injectors are bad? Also, does running waste oil have any negative effects on the glow plugs?

I only have voltage on the top post once the truck is running. I checked for about five minutes continuously after the truck was running to make sure the relay was not passing power.

With the truck running I have 14V on both of the small posts on the glow plug relay. Are both posts supposed to have voltage at the same time?
