Well guys, took a while to figure out, but the wrong fuel pump was on it. The replacement I got was the exact same, but no luck. The one that was on it didn’t work either. Not sure how it worked all these years, but anyways, ordered the correct one Delphi HFP906 and within a few cranks, I had fuel shooting out of the inlet hose to the filter. Hooked it back up to the filter and cranked it and the engine really wants to fire now. Almost did a few times. But still no luck. It gets close, but no dice. Videos below - should there be fuel spraying out of the injector when I had it cracked? As you can see in the 2nd video below, fuel is coming out of the injector definitely u see more pressure than before, but it’s not spraying out under high pressure by any means:
