Need Help Identifying a Part

I've been posting my frame off restore in the Hot rod/Modify forum, but I thought this might be a better venue for getting help with identifying a part. I took almost everything to a powder coating place and for the life of me and looking through all my pictures I can't figure out what this is or where it goes. I think its in the cabin somewhere.

I can’t say for sure but that tickles “Tie down” in my head. Valve cover to fuel line or wiring harness? I write that because the fuel injector lines have those little bitty screws that hold the double line clamps to a bracket. Your part has threads for a little bitty screws.

I looked through all the pictures in the -34p. A quick look, I did not find it.

Is it possibly for the drivers side of the bell housing to secure the orange wire to the transmission kickdown?

I found a picture of it. This was a picture i took of items prior to taking them for powder coating. These were all interior parts. It is in the lower left corner. I think its part of the brake pedal assembly or throttle.

I looked for it in my truck. I am not able to see it on the parking brake or anywhere around the base of the steering column. It may be attached the the column support somewhere. I will keep looking.
