Hello,

The truck is a M1120A4 LHS. The turn signal/hazards light have and come on, they do not blink. I have replaced the turn signal switch, the hazard light switch, the ground wire, and the high beam switch. There no other fuses tripped that I can tell and there is correct voltage going through the harness. What would keep it from blinking?

There should be a flasher - just like a normal truck.

On my M998 when I replaced my directional bulbs with Leds my blinkers no longer worked. The flasher needs more resistance than the Leds were giving. I put the incandescent bulbs in just the front and the blinkers worked fine. This may be your issue if you replaced the bulbs and then had a problem.

It's how the TS switch is connected internally. Power comes in and then goes out to the .mil flasher. It then comes back to the TS switch. The indicator bulb is wired between the power going out and coming back giving you the effect of a 80s Chevy fender marker light blinking out of sequence. Incandescent bulbs
don't care, LEDs see voltage all the time and thus try to stay on.
