Cab Shocks

A question for you guys: Are those dual cab shocks a commercially available item? All 4 of mine are shot!

I wondered if they even did anything. Is it just for the side to side motion of the cab? There is a rigid mount in the middle

Following..... I am going to disassemble my cab soon and rebuild into a crew cab with a rollcage.... we may put airbags under the entire thing
