I took my tire for a swim today since it leaks out most of its air overnight. My rim is leaking where the valve goes through to the back of the tire where the split rims join. I have torqued the nuts tight but is still bubbles out under water. How would I fix this?

My new 1991 wrecker came with loads of BII plus everything works. Of course, I can never leave anything stock. I'm already planning 16.00s, lockers and A/C.
