I've been reading this entire post but have not been able to locate any info on what now exactly the best tire pressure is on a super single in different weather. I own my truck about 2 months now and we had a bit of ice on the back roads which really scare the bejeebes out of me. The truck...
The only thing heated is my block, the oil should be clean though, it is old oil but I ran it trough a centrifuge. According to the advertiser of the centrifuge it should be filtered down to 1/2 micron. I was thinking of doing a 1 in 10 mix.
:ditto:Got the same problem, I notice on the given website they are offering 5 different lengths. There I don't know the original length I don't know which one's to order for my 5 ton.:oops: Any one know the answer? My studs are about 1/2" shy of covering the lug.
That seems a helpful link, could anyone tell me what the exact size of the studs needed is?
My nuts which need a 1 1/2 inch wrench are about a half inch short of covering the lugs.
I sometimes manage to lock myself out, from the inside I can lock the door but can not unlock the door from the outside. There I am in the habit of holding the door lever when getting out I lock it. Is there somewhere a hidden knob I don't know about that unlocks the door from the outside?
I want to take mine on a vacation to the Niagara falls this summer, anyone know what the Canadians stance is on letting this kind of traffic into their country?
I dunno bout a deuce, I am using my 5 ton pretty much for everything, doing groceries, to the mall, and just in general bumming around, I just don't shut it down until I'm home again in order to keep it running as hot as possible.
I was shopping around for my M818 and most insurance companies did not know how to insure that, but I ended up with state farm. I have full coverage for $500 a year. I found that pretty reasonable: on the other hand I was just glad I found a company to finally insure me [thumbzup] The agent came...
I noticed lately that when I back up it feels like the brake is tightening up.:-? First I blamed it on the parking brake not releasing after use, but now I am no longer using the parking brake for that reason, and it still is binding up. I checked underneath and the parking brake was not...
I am looking at buying a centrifuge and saw you added gas to the mix for cold start. I got an NHC 250 and its pretty hard to start in even mild weather. How much gas is safe to add? I'd like to try it but don't want to blow up my engine.
Today I just noticed a rip in my knuckle boot of about an inch length. This article is very helpful to me. Just like the initial poster I can not find any info in my manuals.:?
Hi all;
I got problems with my glow plug on my M818.
I checked all the components only to find out there is not a wire going to the battery.
I checked all the manuals (the ones I have) and can not find anything on that.
Does anyone have a simple sketch that shows me from which connection I need...
