    Mep 802a bogs down when a/c circuit interrupt

    Thanks for all the replies! I found two serious shorts where the output wires were rubbing the chassis. Got them “fixed” and everywhere else looked ok from what I can tell. It’s still doing the same thing…🤷🏼‍♂️ What would my next step be?

    I’ve had this unit running great for a couple years in an off grid situation. Had a lighting storm the other day and thinking that may have caused this issue: It starts and runs fine. When I go to flip the A/C circuit interruptor switch it bogs down and almost dies (good bit of black smoke)...

    Thats what I was wondering, was how hard it was to get to the sender? I'm guessing you have to take the fuel tank out?

    Mind helping with a link on what I need to buy. Mine is reading 0%, even though the tank is full. The generator will crank up and run for a couple seconds, and then shut down, I'm assuming because of the low fuel reading...

    Did you ever get your sensor figured out? Mine is reading fuel level 0% even though I have fuel and it is preventing the generator to run. Any and all help would be appreciated!
