    In-tank pigtail/twist lock

Either I’m not using the correct verbiage, or I just can’t find any, but does anyone know where to locate an in-tank pigtail? Or at least just a twist lock plug for the pump? Long story short, I sold a NOS pump which uses a twist lock plug. The guy who bought it had a plug that was pressed on...

    MUTT engine prices?

Tags say they’re good. But now unknown, see below. A friends dad past away, and my friend, the son, doesn’t have any info other than what his dad wrote on the tags.

    CARNAC's Historical VIN INFO Thread

Bummer, my truck isn’t listed… M35a2, it’s been repainted before I bought it and I cannot make out any bumper or significant markings.

Flip a switch to use gas?

Actually, on some trucks that have dual tanks, a switch could be used to use fuel from a different tank, which could have “different” fuel in it. He isn’t wrong…

    Just spit balling…brakes

I could see if it was installed incorrectly or poorly, but I don’t know how an upgraded safety feature could be a bad thing. I think an added circuit is a good thing! Not to mention parts from one of the biggest, probably the biggest, brake company, Wilwood.

OH Anybody have USAA for their military vehicle?

I’m always curious of all the coverage numbers. I was able to land Hagerty for $180/yr @$7500 replacement coverage with zero restrictions as well

    24v inline fuel pump

A fuse in my opinion is never a bad thing.

    Just spit balling…brakes

Add a second air pack. Plumb each MC to a separate air pack

    Just spit balling…brakes

    I see this point also.

    Just spit balling…brakes

    Definitely, just spit balling

    Just spit balling…brakes

True. Maybe this one would be easier if there’s room under the dash. I’ll take a look at the spec sheet…

    Just spit balling…brakes

I wonder if something like this could be retrofitted/mounted in our cab. Maybe a dual circuit upgrade for a reasonable price? Interesting for sure. Thoughts?

OH Anybody have USAA for their military vehicle?

My insurance guy is a writer for Hagerty. He actually got Deuce covered cheaper than Hagerty’s online quote. I am in Ohio if you need a contact. Took me less than 48hrs, no driving restrictions or parking/storage restrictions. Mine isn’t even tagged as antique; I put standard plates on it so I...

    Random question about MC rebuild

Just a random question. I’m not concerned or looking for a part, but I was curious as to why the 2.5 ton master cylinder does NOT include the spring where as the 5 ton rebuild does? Are any of the parts interchangeable? Just a few random questions for maybe the older guys with experience…thanks!

New to me Deuce with matching trailer - wrenching post

To sum it up, that’s pretty close how it went for me also. I thought I even read “Veteran Owned”, which drew me in initially; shame. Sorry you had to deal with it also! Yep, other vendors have been amazing to work with.

    Another FDC bypass question

Your numbers make sense with that picture. If you decide to add another I recommend like mine(and others) that it is before the turbo. Then the turbo cannot skew the numbers.
