Has anyone ever looked into putting the newer axle tech axles under a m939 series truck? You can get them with air lockers, disk brakes and even a tighter steering angle I've heard. They sound pretty nice but I've not heard of anyone doing anything like this and I'm curious if it'd even be...
I live a few miles from there i grew up right here love it i try and hike a new waterfall or view once a month if I can
Attaching some pics of the truck home
Well it's been a year and the fuel system was sthe problem had to be rebuild at a truck shop as I'm no diesel mechanic but but new tires on it too and drive her home Thursday night. Got a lot go do with her yet but hoping to make the eastern rally with her if all goes well
That's probably what I'll do if the trucks ready I just got it running this week after a long period of sitting before I bought it and drove it a few miles home
But 64 isn't bad at all in a civi vehicle I work around cashiers doing grading in the area
I might come in my m936a2 if I can get it ready. But I live near us 64 in Brevard. We can take 64 most of the way there but it's all steep windy and narrow
Smacking the pcb didn't change anything havnt got the breaks figured out yet but found this ... both holes are blowing air and the ctis doesn't seam to be working this is beside the transfer case on the passenger side
Yeah definitely a few waterfalls here 😁 I hike a lot when I can and definitely a few good BBQ places in the area too. Cant beat it i think I've lived a few other places definitely better then the dessert in Nevada though.
closest red roof inn in about 20-30 minutes from my house I believe...
