Finally got around to reading this all the way through. Thanks for sharing your work/progress. Definitely somethings I will have to try on my 817 when I get time this fall to pull it in for some R&R.
Many thanks for the above info. I wont have time for a while to get into it but will definitely check those things.
Just has pump rebuilt on a 5.9 deere and 7.6 deere, not sure my pocket can handle another injector pump rebuild.....
I'll try to keep that in mind next time I work on the truck. I'm not real computer savvy nor do I have a phone that will take a pic worth posting but I do have a digital camera I could use if someone helped me post pics here.

Thanks for the help, I will leave the pedal alone.
I havent done an exhaustive search for leaks but the fluid stays up in the MC so I dont think there are any leaks.
Also, the pedal does stay up, and returns to the top once I push it to the floor, it just doesnt do anything in the way of...
They place I work purchased an 817 recently, knowing the brakes needed some attention. There is almost no brakes at all, only the last 5-10% of the pedal does anything and that is very very little. I have bled the brakes with a pressure bleeder I made with a garden sprayer and replaced all the...
