Advice: Mount them more securely than the factory did. The floors pans in blazers are notorious for cracking around the seat mounting points because they're too weak. When you do the seat swap, dont rush. Take the extra time to beef up your mounting.
Personally, I wouldn't use cloth but that...

Mine works throughout a range but the wrong one. If my guage covered about a third of the face, then it would be working great! These sending units work off resistance and I've noticed that they come in a range of specs so I will do a little research one day and fix it properly. One day.
As a reference, u-joints in a single-cardan setup, like that, should be within two degrees of each other. Spicer's tech manual says a maximum of three degrees but that would be too much IMO. The closer, the better as to achieve the most longevity from your joints and the smoothest operation...

X2 on the hurculiner with one minor exception but that, solely, is based on personal taste and the level of abuse that the finished surface will be exposed to. It is too thin if applied as directed. I have a gallon on my floor pans from in front of the back seat forward.... I will be spraying...
Awesome man! I love the m1009. I started off wheeling mine in stock form like that then went nuts & got addicted to upgrades Lol! I took m1028 axles & stuck under mine along with too many other upgrades to list. I kept all of the blackout & all functional and am trying to keep most all of the mv...
I've spent way more time in the tm's than most. Having repaired several issues on these Chevy cucv's. As far as to graft a civy fuse panel into one and a dual headlight wiring harness into my own while retaining all b/o light function. My only problem is retaining every little fragment of...
The black and red wires that are coupled together in the flat plug that plugs into the back corner of the alternator. Should be getting 12 volts across them with the ignition switch in the run position.
