Thanks for everyone's help ..... I ran the generator hard today 75% load almost 2hrs and I believe it was the wet stacking goo. The heat of the engine and residual goo made it appear I had a leak.
So here is a better picture with the pen pointing to the base of the injector where fuel is pooling.
I have replaced all the return fuel lines with this stuff
So we the generator is running fuel pools at the injectors and get blow around by the cooling fan

Diesel addict thanks for replying I've added a new picture. I ran the generator hard yesterday and it weeps at the top of the injector but when it cools down the remaining fuel evaporates. All the injectors weep fuel and with the radiator blowing air around I have little black spots everywhere.
I've replaced the return fuel lines hoping it would take care of the fuel leak at the cylinder head. Know I have a little fuel pooling up at the top of the injector is the a simple fix for this ( new o-rings ) ? It's a 2009 generator with 131 hours and will be shipped to an island to help the...
