Yup, ditto on what has already been posted. "the man" likes his tax money and if they catch you running non taxed diesel (dyed) on the highway they really dont take too kindly to that But yes you CAN run it w/out any issues the dye only identifies it as a non-taxed fuel.

I might have to bail like a chump....depends on what the doc says One of our deputies got into a wreck on the hwy and ended up in NW Tx hospital in amarillo...I dont know how this is going to change days off. Will know more once my Sheriff gets back from amarillo

several of the sponsors have kits w/all filters and gaskets for around $60 IIRC eriks military surplus OD iron etc. There is also a napa/autozone etc cross refernece list posted in the resources section if you decide to buy from a local dealer.
