aww,Its gotta be there most liklly on the master cylinder, military should have a water proof wire going to the frount end of the master cyl. Keep looking

Dont know about a 5 ton but my duice was the sameway when I bought it replaced the switch on the master cylinder got it at NAPA not Gov but worked

Sounds like it might have been some kind of heater. Dose it look like the lines go through the fire wall and under the dash somewhere?

You might want to take the battery cables off the starter or the batterey, as a slip with a wrench will NOT be a good thing

Also its was easer for me to take the pipe off the bottom of the turbo than to get the nipple out of the block to get the new hose in.

Replaced the same hose right after I bought my truck, the hose shop I've been dealling with for years gave me the same hose that is used on gas station pumps. Its high temp and has a staineless wire in it but it can be clamped with regular hose clamps. Its been on for six months with no leaks.

Can you try putting the tire under the break drum/hub and let the jack down on the tire, let the weight of the truck pop the beed off
