    need to change out central tire inflation and it wont sync up???

    I have a M35A3 and the ctis has died and moved on . at power up it gives a program number and serial number only and fails to work. By powering it down it then will work. I have a new unit but when installed it said it was not able to recognize it??? How do you get the unit to be recognized...
