    brake problems

    New to the site and was hoping someone could help me. Just bought a m-49 fuel truck to use at the job and i dont have any brakes. The guy i bought it from told me they didn't work. Tried bleeding them from the screw on the air cylinder(not sure what you call it) but i just keep getting air in...
