Alot of the units started using the front bridge plate for there truck numbers instead of painting it on the bumper.hence the 87 on your bridge plate.

Unfortunatly the cat injection pumps are expensive to rebuild or exchange. Youo might want to check on a used one,but then you run into the problem of not knowing how good it is.you might be able to find an independent shop that will do it cheaper?But the parts aren't cheap,since they say CAT on...

If you watch a semi tractor when it turns the rearends will shift,this is built in to the suspension to keep from breaking the springs.The tires will roll when loaded and in sharp turns,but not enough to compensate for the shock.Being that the army truck suspension is actually designed for off...
