Very very VERY few M35A2C's were equipped with a winch from the factory, and that's in the "total history" of M35A2/M44A2 series trucks..
There is an attachment point for the winch PTO lever on the MC mount on the late model USAF M35A2's...
Just because the truck was last used at Selfridge, does not mean it was there all of it's life.... Do more research on the Hahn AFB in Germany, see what you can find. And as an added side note, hahn in German means rooster.
