I have one that came off a good running engine that I swapped into my 923a1. It came out of a wrecker, and has the aux govenor. Cant tell you any more about it other than the engine had an 04 overhaul tag and it runs sweet even with my old pt pump.

What Andrmorr said. You will be stunned at how many little p*** ant leaks you will find that add up.

My 1982 004A had a 1990 tagged engine in it, that engine had an overhaul tag from 2004 if I remember right. I believe that they replaced the hour meter at reset, and the 2.9 hours showing were from their test run. As far as what else was done, I have no idea.
