    OK, Mine is up and running, there are some changes........ First the shaft size is wrong, the std deuce alternator has a 5/8 shaft, the alt I used (22SI) has a 7/8, so i bought a pulley...... You MUST use the deuce pulley spacer from the std deuce alternator to get the correct pulley...

    I just ordered a new, non rebuilt 22SI alternator, 24 volt, 70 amp, current production for big trucks, cheap to rebuild, like 40 dollars for all the rebuild parts...... the deuce pulley works on it, it comes with the fan, and is a 1 wire hookup, all you need to run it is to hook the charge wire...
