That pin is a Hartwell MS 1798501025 I just got the info off the 2 pins on my M1101. Google the MS # and get the specs. You DONT want to pay what the manufacturer wants for them. Check ebay, those pins come up often, but make sure they are the right size.

Exactly what the past 9 or 10 posts said. The seller needs to take the SF-97 to DMV, get a title in HIS name, THEN AND ONLY THEN, you can buy it with a state issued title (NOT SF-97) with his name and get a title in yours. If he is not willing to do that, find another truck. It's not worth...
I think MY is useless, as they are all the same. Whats important I think is "has MWO's if it is an early one", "doesnt have MWO's if it's an early one and needs them" and "built with MWOs integrated". A trailer that needs the MWO's and doesnt have them is an unsafe trailer.
Check with YOUR states DMV office as to what they say. What happens in one state may or may not happen in another.
if you cant reggister it, it is worth only parts/scrap prices at best.
If this was NY, no title or SF-97 in YOUR name = no go. Many states are similiar.
