I'm 99% sure the TH-350 will mate to the 6.2, you will need the adapter to mate it to the NP-205 tho.
I would put a good rebuild on it with heavier cluthes and a B&M shift kit.
If the TH-350 came from a 2wd or a 4wd with a different transfercase, you will also need the proper output shaft for...
Well the new rebuilt transmission took a crap today, only had abou 70 miles on it. I was running down the road about 50mph and it started making some bad sounds like a bearing was spun , I touched the shifting tower and it was about 300 degrees .. I called Memphis equipment and there sending me...
I called Memphis Equipment today and talked with one of there transmission guys, he said that there is probably a tight synchro and it should loosen up with use. So I guess I'll just drive the ah-t out of it and see what happens .:driver:
I've tried releasing the clutch a little when the truck is stopped , some times that works and sometimes not. It's a little easier to get into second gear when it's moving.
Today I had to put it in 1st to get it moving just a little then I was able to get it in 2nd.. I sure hope it gets better...

I just had a new clutch, throw out bearing, pilot bushing * Pressure plate and a rebuilt transmission put in my truck. All the parts came from memphis Equipment. The problem I'm having is the transmission is really hard to get into...
Once you get this disease , there is no cure for it.. The best you can hope for is never running out of OD green iron.. I have 2 now. I started with an M715, then bought a bobbed M35a2, almost bought a 5 ton a month ago . Thank goodness my buddy talked me out of it..lol
Well the Eaton Nospin is made of cast steel.. OEM's Nospin is made is billet tool steel witch is much stronger and it's only about $30 dollars more than the Eaton ..just saying
So has anybody ran the Ouverson Engineering lockers in the front and rear of a bobbed M35A2?
I’m ordering a set this week and was wondering how the truck performs off road with them. I’m running 395/85/R20 Michelin XML tires
I just had a new clutch, pressure plate and transmission put in mine. I bought all my parts from memphis equipment . The new pressure plate is way stiffer than the original one. Has anybody noticed this . It's probably 50% harder to push the peddle down *now.
