The inside of my transmission looks like the inside of m38inmaine"s motor. More bad news, at least this answers the question why it would not shift at all. There was no oil in it at all, looks like none in there for a long time, this goat gets better and better:(

Thanks, my motor has neither of those lines, guess there has been some re-plumbing on mine, do they connect to the air box above the starter?

A very rare (for me) Saturday off so did some goat work today. Finished install on t-case shift levers, replaced shifter and e-brake handle with take offs from a spare t-case. Of course found troubles, had to re-thread the levers where the shift knob screws on on every one, they were all pretty...

My Wal-Mart carries it too, I use the same oil in my mep-016 generators as well.

Do you know whereabouts the rubber line from the reservoir ties in to the hard line?

I changed out my shift levers on my t case after work today, man what a chore, glad I wasn't a goat mechanic back in the day.

That hard line that is disconnected in your second pic looks like an extra fuel return line, looks like they bypassed it and plummed in another, anything connected on the other end of it?I agree with mark on first pic, nothing missing there.

Just ordered my new radiator from Saturn, I am gettin excited, some things are starting to come together on this project.
