Thanks Ron. My m246a1(so the story goe's),came out of North Carolina somewhere, ended up at a yacht brokerage yard in Tampa Fl, a guy over there bought it and traded it to a member of ss over here in my area, and i traded a m109 and some stuff for it.

Out of all the pictures I've seen of the m819's and m246's, there were none that showed the trailer hooked up to the wrecker, anyone have pic's of the combo?

But anyway, this weekend i plan on finishing the paint job.

Installed one on my deuce tractor and my kit was missing u bolts also.
I found a good replacement for the stock u bolts were 3.25" muffler clamp u bolts,i used the cradle part of the clamp up against the cab for a spacer between the cab and pole ,otherwise the soft top will be pinched.

Some of us that live east of Orlando are planning on leaving early on Tue the 8th and heading up i 95 north, it's a possibility that we'll head up as far as16 and then over to Union Point. There is another route we could take,it's not yet decided,but want to avoid too much stop and go traffic.
The possibility that parts would be cheaper and readaly available is intriguing. Doe's a servo system use a double, or single piston wheel cylinder? Could the stock backing plate be converted?
