Put a drain pan under there and loosen one of the transmission fluid lines a bit and you can get out what you need to from there.
A vampire leak will cause you to lose fluid as it goes places you don't want it to go. My vampire leak turned my air filter into an oil bath system.

I have to wonder if the OP realizes that most of us are on her side in the hopes all his military gear would sell for cheap.
After listening to the video it sounds like you are only in 2nd gear and the fan should stay on like 2 min. Try shifting the gears manually and see if you are shifting properly.

If the plugs burn out over time I believe you have a much better chance pulling them without issue then if the box fails and cooks them. You would be insane to use anything but the mil spec plugs.

People are getting $8500+ for a good condition slant back with roof these days. Big money. Now a roof with the full turret setup by itself is worth about the same.

You know I could see expanding this cool setup to include an audio amplifier with Bluetooth, Four 5 1/4" coaxial speakers. Four USB charger outlets for both "C" and 3.0 USBs. That center compartment for me could hold my four aircraft intercom headsets.
