Can someone post a pic of where they think the best place to locate the battery disconnect switch is?

From what I understand, the keyed start switch requires that the original hole be drilled larger. Correct me if I'm wrong, but since that would mean that you can never go back to using the original switch, it's a no go for me. I'll get the door locks and lockable kill switch.

Went muddin the other day and noticed a lot came up through the floorboards. Not a big deal, but I'd like to at least protect the battery compartment (see pic). Anyone seen a solution for this?

Just noticed the rear halfshaft is seeping. Fulled it up with Gear Oil but planning to take a closer look this weekend. Anyone got a suggestion for the part numbers for seals, etc. I should buy to prepare for the job? Thanks,

Here's what I have (Nartron box). The problem only occurs when cold, so it seems the glow plugs are not heating up.

Ok, I will test em. Strange though, as they only have 200 miles on them. Truck has been sitting on a base for 8 years though, so things are bound to happen with that long period of non-use. If glow plugs test fine, I was thinking it could be a wiring short or something like that...

No tie-downs? I was thinking of using the same batteries, but am hoping the original bracket would somehow work.
