I have the same issue with my Duce. Sometimes when I push the button it’s just a hard click , may take a couple of times than it’s all go , usually when I haven’t used it for a while. This has been an issue for 20+ years. I got a spare or 2. Just in case. 👍

The only issue I had with using any acid based product is that if it’s not completely removed or neutralized and is present in some sediment it will continue to eat away at metals and you’ll get leaks. Just like rust , it never sleeps. 🥸

There should be NO current drain from an led bulb. Is the ground on the tail light good especially if you used the tail light ground for the license plate light.

I’ve been looking around in the TM’s and haven’t found the part number or the name of the covers in the cargo area that cover the tcm and the hole across from it where seat could be installed.

Those 40+ year old gaskets are going to be so dry I doubt the hole would still line up.
