Seeing how Swiss destroyed a tailgate cable - its replacement is now done (with Swiss MIA I remind you) and here is how the system looks.
Figured as I was freezing my tail off anyhow - get the emergency surge brake lever back in place - wheels all torqued down - I will spray them other 3 rims...
Seeing in the past as how EMD-Tigger and Ferro have been up almost all night with me on roasting the pigs - this will be an all nighter as well down there the night before CHOW time the next day - so keep this in mind as well but I am sure for security sake and liability PB will keep a sharp eye...
When PB asked me how I would feel about changing dates there could only be one answer.
It would have absolutely nothing to do with Zouts Cookout except I would be the one cooking and Deb would be there as well. Anything more than this has EVERYTHING to do with the GunTruckers.
I immediately...
TWM - I did learn from some ole timers that worked with wood - why I hung around them I will never know - BUT - when they cut a little too much off - they were sweeping up the sawdust from the cut - grabbed the Elmers Glue and started to patch (sounds like wood bondo to me).
I liked the idea of...
Oblige me the space to say:
YES there is a pig in the future
Yes there may be other meat items for those that cannot eat pork on the BIG GRILE getting toted down on the newly acquired M909A2 ATC.
What partaked HERE for the cookout will be expanded to honor these Guntruckers as CAMO hosts them...
IF your filling the tank to full the system need to have at least and expansion point of 8 to 13 lbs of built air pressure in it to circulate which is done by the radiator cap - the cap tells you what pressure the system runs on.
If you fill to the top of the expansion tank - it will always...
Peggy - wishin and hoping is not worth much as I cannot even fit either into my hands - BUT I really would have liked to have been there to support this - but ya all did great - thanks for the pics.
Kent - Swiss is good for opening my beers when he is around - not much for filling the fridge though.
M909A2 ATC hauler has new rubber all around including a spare that needs to mounted once I make the mount - all the brakes bled with assistance of Zout2 - now to put that emergency lever back...
On the 109 box I used the 2 inch rubber grommets - wired in LED lights - down the sides of the box I have the reflective DOT tape both sides and on the rear - rear of box in each upper corner an L of just white reflective tape. These LED lights are the Trucklite Omni voltage Model 30 version.
Here is the concept - look at post #242 where I did a smaller version of this to Papabears WC22 windshield locking bolts - instead of buying new - just repair what you have and save the $$$$ for fuel...
If you cannot find them in your time frame of build here is a choice:
Get the thread you need in a grade 8 bolt - looks like fine thread as well - get a bolt just as long just past the head for your length.
Cut off the threads from this stud - drill and countersink a hole into this stud the...
You can also give yourself more visual appearance at night as well with the DOT reflective white/red tape from 3M - I have LED lights in their proper locations as to Red and Amber but also added the sectional tape down the lower edge of the box as well. The section layout is White/Red/White and...
Did a major beating come in into any of this training - Swiss must have not paid attention to the BODY SHOP PAINTER fella when I cut the first one -
But that beating above looks pertinent to the treaterary that took place to that peaceful piece of cable and clamps I handed him.
I get that...
Both sides would be complete but Swiss was asleep this morning and instead of cutting the loose end he cut the cable for the good end.
DID ya all see that woodworking knucklhead cannot handle Zouts metal working tools - geeze it was only ONE cable and ya wacked off the good end.
I have been...
