86' k-30 Chevy is rated at 10,500 pounds towing. With a properly rated hitch and TRAILER BRAKES THAT WORK as long as everything else is mechanically sound, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
They are tow dollies for certain shelter boxes. You separate the 2 halves of the dolly and mount them fore and aft on the shelter boxes then use the hydraulics to raise the box to create a trailer.
Just received notice of clearance for my second EUC. Sale was July 8 and received notice of clearance on August 7.
43 days for my first one which cleared July 28 and 29 days for the second one which cleared August 7. So it looks like I have 3 shelter tow dollies to pick up this Friday. :clinto:

43 days for my first ever EUC. Bought a transport dolly 2nd week of June, sent EUC June 15, and got clearance notification last Tuesday July 28. Still waiting clearance for the 2 dollies I got from the July 8 auction. Submitted that EUC on 7/10.
