I used flat.

Yes. Depending on weather. But full cure is usually 30 days. I have had great success on the 8 vehicles I have painted. My first I did not cure long enough. 30 days and you can powerwash!

Just use flotrol. Easy!

Kilz works great between the different paint make ups. I have had good success. Home Depot can do a little tint on the Kilz. I have mine tinted black and it looks light grey. Better than white.
