Congratulatiosn. My first EUC took about 3 to 4 weeks. 2nd about 2 weeks. third about 2 weeks. If this is the first then expect a little more time. Then it's pretty quick.
My EUC cleared today and I have the paid invoice. I bought a 1954 REO a couple weeks back, I am wondering if anyone is in the Ft. Knox area to help me with getting it checked out before I come up. It runs and they drove it in the video, but I would prefer to know if theer is anything I need done...
I jsut put Cooper A3's on miy 98 Z71 and am very pleased. I have to put tires on my 1009 shortly and was considering them also, but I like what was said by DiesleJunkie about the Goodyears at Walmart, I will go look a those. My problem with Walmart is service.
My CUCV and M35A@ squeal early on-maybe 2 to 5 minutes, I usually let them idle for a couple minutes or so and they don't do it then. It is just when I first crank them if I take on off maybe alittle too quick. . I assumed it was just charging hard from the cranking. Both crank very quick, but...
If my EUC had cleared I would have gone to FT Knox but it hasn't. If it does, I'll let you know and come by and get it and take to the Rally. It better hurry and celar though.
Back in the 50's and 60's on the farm we used old bicycle tire tubes over our chains to keep them from beating up the bodies. Telling my age now, but I was merely a youngan then.:razz:
